“Frellick Brothers” is a small, hands-on, customer oriented construction company specializing in high-end, ultra-green, custom homes.  The Frellick brothers, Steve, Brian & Dean, bring more than 50 years of combined experience in the custom home market.  Frellick Brothers Custom Home Builders trademark is cutting edge “green” building, and timber framing, where craftsmanship is the rule.  Frellick Brothers’ homes feature the Healthy Built Home, Energy Star, and LEED certifications.  While the Frellick Brothers’ reputation for building the highest quality “green” homes in Asheville has grown exponentially, they have stayed true to their family-owned, small business attitude of hands-on, personal customer service for each unique client.

Frellick Brothers was selected to take part in the US Department of Energy Builders Challenge. The Builders Challenge was developed to specifically target and reward builders who have and are taking groundbreaking initiatives to change the way homes are built in the United States.  The Challenge promotes better building practices and the use of “green’ technologies in home building. As an active member in the Challenge Frellick Brothers is eligible for the annual Energy Value Housing Award, a very prestigious award given out by the Department of Energy.

Frellick Brothers also takes part in the NAHB National Green Building Program, and on the local level has committed to the Green Building Council to build ALL of their homes to the Healthy Built Home & Energy Star standards or beyond.
